Bio: Michael Eli Dokosi graduated from the Ghana Institute of Journalism with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communication Studies with specialization in Public Relations, in addition to holding Diplomas in Business Studies and Communication Studies from Trans Africa College and African University College of Communications respectively. He has working stints with Radio Gold, Choice FM, X FM, Kantinka FM, Pure Life Water Company, Capital TV and Ghanaweb spanning 8 years. Michael Dokosi participated in student governance events such as the All Africa Students Union forum, National Union of Ghana Students and Ghana Union of Professional students’ congresses as well as serving as the campaign manager of Esenam Akosua Dzansi, the first female Students Representative Council President of the African University College of Communications (AUCC). He was also adjudged the most sociable student at the end of his course at AUCC in addition to being a participant of a Millennium Development Goals seminar held in Sefwi Wiaso in the Western Region for National Service graduates. Michael Eli Dokosi has written several articles for newspapers, online websites and his blog elidokosi.wordpress.com. He has featured in a Standard Water TV advert as well as written scripts and voiced radio jingles in addition to appearing on the ‘Medadwen Show’ on TV Africa numerous times as guest. In the course of his journalism career he has interviewed MP’s, Ministers of state, Entertainers and ordinary Ghanaians. Dokosi is also a poet in his own right. He has interest spanning political, social, entertainment and historical fields. He is single and loves to watch music videos and documentaries in his spare time.
